At Sare Global facilities, screen printed glass production is carried out with great precision by experienced personnel using computer-controlled machinery. The process involves transferring enamel paint in specific patterns onto surfaces such as glass, paper, or fabric using a silk screen mesh.

After being painted using the screen printing method, the glass is tempered, allowing the paint to fuse with the glass surface. This ensures that the image becomes resistant to mechanical and chemical effects. Geometric shapes or images chosen based on personal aesthetic preferences can be applied to the glass through screen printing, making it suitable for decorative or partial solar control purposes.

Different colored glass types can be used in this process. Sare Global is capable of producing enamel-printed and screen-printed glass panels up to a maximum size of 2400 mm x 1900 mm.
